We offer international shipping from the Netherlands to the following countries, categorised into zones:

Zone 1: Netherlands

Zone 2: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France (including Corsica and Monaco), Germany, Isle of Man, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden 

Zone 3: Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vatican City 

Zone 4: Rest of the World

We offer tracked international shipping to countries outside of Europe, shipping will be calculated at checkout. Your order will arrive within 3-20 business days, depending on the location.

*We currently do not ship to the following countries due to shipping restrictions: Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, East Timor, Ecuador, Equatorial Guinea, Honduras, Laos, Libya, Nicaragua, North Korea, Palestine, South Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine.

**Duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. Duties and taxes depend on your country’s customs laws. Please note that Milci Skin does not have any control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount. Customs policies vary widely, so please contact your local customs office if you would like further details.

Additional Information 

• We process orders Monday-Friday (not including holidays). Orders will be fulfilled and shipped the next 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, not including holidays).
• We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.
